Refund policy
At Blank Theory, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.blanktheory@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item
- An unboxing video (see requirement below)
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
📦 Unboxing Video Requirement We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us process your claim quickly and protects you in case of courier damage.
A valid claim must include:
- An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
- Clear photos of the defective or damaged item
- Your order number
Claims without an unboxing video may be difficult to process, especially for courier-related damage.
Refund Process Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items reported after 7 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.
