Shipping policy
Order Processing All products at Blank Theory are made to order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time After dispatch, estimated delivery times within India are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro/remote areas: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact.blanktheory@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Currently, we only ship within India.
